Things change
If you didn’t know already, On3 swallowed up Rivals and the combined force has created something different (but mostly the same). Basically, Rivals will cover all recruiting while On3 is team coverage. This meant a removal of the On3 ranking system, and a rebirth of Rivals ratings — along with the Rivals Industry ratings.
This change affects the 247 Composite rankings as well, so now we have some shifting around (kind of).
I’m not going to try and explain why or how these rankings exist the way they do, but there are still some comedic examples of, for example, a recruit being 3-Stars across the board except for the 247 Composite ranking which is a 4-Star. Also, Notre Dame has a recruit ranked #13 nationally and he’s not a 5-Star.
Anyways… this is the updated commitment list with those star rating adjustments — which will likely change a handful of times before February.
