Northwestern has secured a top-80 recruit in the Class of 2026.
Four-star prospect Jayden Hodge will play for the Wildcats in the 2026-27 season, he announced on Monday. The 6-foot-6 wing chose Northwestern over Old Dominion, where his father, Odell Hodge, is on staff.
“I will be taking my talents to Northwestern University and I believe that that’s the right place for me because they play my style of play,” he told ZAGSBLOG. “[I am] quick and position-less, and they are not scared to play young guys. I will bring being a winner, doing the small things like diving on the floor, creating for others and most importantly [make] the plays that are going to help the team win.”
The New Jersey native plays high school basketball for Montverde Academy (FL) and is the No. 79 player in his class, according to 247Sports.
