Another week is in the books for the NHL season as we look ahead to the best 2024 Week 10 fantasy hockey players to add. Week 10 has four light days to target for streamer pickups. Eight teams play four games this week, making many players viable fantasy streamers. Here are some streaming options that play on this week’s off nights to target.
New York State Teams’ Pick-Up Options
The 2024 Week 10 fantasy hockey schedule highlights two New York state teams who have great schedules to stream from. Those teams are the New York Rangers and Buffalo Sabres. The Rangers have one player who we have mentioned recently as a must-add fantasy player in banger and category leagues. This player is Will Cuylle.
He is a strong peripheral player who has been producing on the scoresheet. With rumours of change circulating from the Rangers including the potential departure of Chris Kreider, Cuylle could be in for a big bump in deployment soon. Regardless, this may be your last chance to add Cuylle in most leagues.
The Rangers and Sabres both play on three light days this week, meaning you will be able to maximize your games played by adding their players. The Sabres play a back-to-back on the weekend. If you need a goalie stream for a game, look to add veteran netminder James Reimer. The 36-year-old has only played four games this season, and just two with Buffalo. In those two games, Reimer has a .923 SV%, proving he can still be a solid fantasy option.
On forward, look to add Dylan Cozens or Jason Zucker. Both have been receiving good deployment in Buffalo’s top six and top powerplay. Cozens produces good peripherals and is on a hot streak with four points in his last four games. Zucker has been averaging over three minutes per game on the powerplay and is riding a two-game point streak. His deployment and access to Tage Thompson make him a top deep league streaming option for 2024 Week 10 fantasy hockey.
Three Ducks to Roster in Week 10
Like the Rangers and Sabres, the Ducks play four times next week, making their players ideal streaming candidates. Many of Anaheim’s players are low-rostered and could be available in leagues.
Frank Vatrano leads the best pickup options out of Anaheim. Mentioned in Week 7 as a player to add, Vatrano has been a very valuable fantasy player since then, producing elite peripheral coverage. Though the points haven’t been coming at a high rate, he is a valuable add-and-hold in category and banger leagues.
Olen Zellweger is a player to watch in fantasy hockey. Approaching his 50th career game, Zellweger is getting great deployment on the Ducks as they hope to develop him into an offensive threat. Playing top powerplay and a 7.3 SOG/60 from the point, Zellweger is worth a stream this week, even as he has been on a cold streak.
Troy Terry is another Duck to stream for Week 10. Terry had a four-game, seven-point streak end on Thursday against the Golden Knights. He has a high upside playing 18:25 TOI per game and 2:59 TOIPP per game. With his deployment and play style lacking peripherals, Terry is a boom or bust player, but worth an add for this four-game week.
One final note on Anaheim, the Ducks acquired defenceman Jacob Trouba on Friday from the Rangers. Keep an eye on Trouba’s deployment and when he will suit up for Anaheim, as he could be a good pick up providing hits and blocks.

Two Players from the Blackhawks to Stream
The Blackhawks also have a four-game schedule next week, and two players from the team should be added over that span. In net, Petr Mrazek remains a solid fantasy hockey goalie. Mentioned in Week 4 as a goalie to stream, Mrazek’s solid volume as the uncontested starter in Chicago makes him a pick-up target for busy weeks. With Chicago firing Luke Richardson as head coach, the team could be in for a bump as they try to impress their new bench boss. Mrazek could benefit from more wins in the short-term.
Ryan Donato has quietly been a good fantasy hockey asset this season. With top six deployment and PP1 minutes, Donato has been put in situations to succeed this season. With 63 SOG in 24 games so far, Donato has a 10.8 SOG/60 rate and has shown no indication of slowing down. At 32% rostered on Fantrax, Donato is widely available in leagues to be added and should be considered for a 2024 Week 10 fantasy hockey stream.
