The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:
- A 26-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on a warrant and on charges of driving while using an electronic communication device, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to signal when required and driving on a suspended license at 4:05 p.m. Oct. 2 at North Aurora Road and the CN Railroad.
- A 29-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a warrant and on charges of driving too fast for conditions, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, driving on a suspended license and improper lane usage at 7:05 p.m. Oct. 2 in the 28000 block of Diehl Road in Warrenville.
- A 36-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance/cocaine less than 100 grams and driving on a revoked license at 1:55 p.m. Oct. 3 in the 1600 block of Country Lakes Drive.
- A 28-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on one count of aggravated assault and two counts of resisting arrest at 4:45 p.m. Oct. 3 in the 1200 block of East Indian Trail Road.
- A 33-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on a warrant at 7:16 p.m. Oct. 3 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
- A 39-year-old man from Sandwich was arrested on charges of driving on a suspended or revoked license and driving without insurance at 10:03 p.m. Oct. 3 at Fairway Drive and North Aurora Road.
- A 24-year-old man from Warrenville was arrested on a warrant at 2:21 a.m. Oct. 4 at South Washington Street and East Jefferson Avenue.
- A 21-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on charges of improper lane usage, improper lighting, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without insurance and driving without a valid license at 2:30 a.m. Oct. 4 at East Ogden Avenue and North Columbia Street.
