On Sunday afternoon, Chicago Bears rookie quarterback Justin Fields got the first start of his NFL career.
Starting quarterback Andy Dalton suffered a knee injury last weekend and could miss multiple weeks. That opened the door for Fields to get the start against the Cleveland Browns.
Before his first start, Fields had a special guest at this afternoon’s game. The former Ohio State star quarterback had another former star Ohio State quarterback at today’s game.
Title-winning quarterback Cardale Jones was in the building today.
Check it out.

It’s somewhat of a homecoming for Fields, who starred for the Buckeyes for two seasons before he left for the NFL.
While he’s one of the most accomplished quarterbacks in Ohio State history, there is one thing Cardale Jones has bragging rights over Fields – that national title.
Perhaps Fields can one-up Jones in the NFL by leading the Bears back to prominence.
