There is less than one week to the kickoff of the 2025 NFL Season, and the final fantasy football drafts are finishing up. Here are the top 50 wide receiver rankings for fantasy football. All rankings are for PPR leagues.
2025 Wide Receiver Rankings Fantasy Football
Tier 1: Superstar WR1s
Rank | Player | Team |
1 | Ja’Marr Chase | Cincinnati Bengals |
2 | Justin Jefferson | Minnesota Vikings |
3 | CeeDee Lamb | Dallas Cowboys |
4 | Malik Nabers | New York Giants |
5 | Nico Collins | Houston Texans |
6 | Puka Nacua | Los Angeles Rams |
7 | Amon-Ra St. Brown | Detroit Lions |
8 | Brian Thomas Jr. | Jacksonville Jaguars |
9 | Drake London | Atlanta Falcons |
10 | A.J. Brown | Philadelphia Eagles |
These are the best of the best wide receivers in fantasy football and the NFL:
- Chase won the receiving triple crown last season and was rewarded with a massive new contract.
- Jefferson is dealing with a minor hamstring injury, but he will be fine for Week 1.
- The Cowboys are expected to have a bad defense and a poor running game, meaning they will be forced to throw a lot.
- Nabers was great with Daniel Jones, Drew Lock, and Tommy DeVito at quarterback last season. Now, he gets Russell Wilson, Jameis Winston, and Jaxson Dart. All three are an upgrade over last year.
- Collins was on pace for a monster season before getting injured last year. A new offensive coordinator in Houston should lead to a big 2025 for Collins.
- Nacua would be higher on the list if quarterback Matthew Stafford were not dealing with a back injury. Stafford missing time would be a big loss for Nacua and the entire Rams offense.
- St. Brown has been a top-seven wide receiver in fantasy for three years in a row.
- London was amazing with quarterback Michael Penix Jr. at the end of last season, and now gets a full year with him, and there is not much target competition.
Tier 2: Proven Solid WR2s
Rank | Player | Team |
11 | Ladd McConkey | Los Angeles Chargers |
12 | Tee Higgins | Cincinnati Bengals |
13 | Davante Adams | Los Angeles Rams |
14 | Mike Evans | Tampa Bay Buccaneers |
15 | Jaxon Smith-Njigba | Seattle Seahawks |
16 | Marvin Harrison Jr. | Arizona Cardinals |
17 | Garrett Wilson | New York Jets |
18 | Tyreek Hill | Miami Dolphins |
19 | Courtland Sutton | Denver Broncos |
20 | Calvin Ridley | Tennessee Titans |
This tier of players includes players who finished as WR1s before or receivers who will make the jump this year:
- Without Chris Godwin and Jalen McMillan to begin the season, Evans will be the focal point of the Buccaneers passing attack.
- DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett are gone, leaving a massive target share for JSN.
- Sutton and Ridley are two under-the-radar veteran receivers who will play big roles in their offenses with a young quarterback under center.
Tier 3: WR3s With Something to Prove in 2025
Rank | Player | Team |
21 | Tetairoa McMillan | Carolina Panthers |
22 | George Pickens | Dallas Cowboys |
23 | DeVonta Smith | Philadelphia Eagles |
24 | DJ Moore | Chicago Bears |
25 | DK Metcalf | Pittsburgh Steelers |
26 | Terry McLaurin | Washington Commanders |
27 | Jameson Williams | Detroit Lions |
28 | Rashee Rice | Kansas City Chiefs |
29 | Xavier Worthy | Kansas City Chiefs |
30 | Travis Hunter | Jacksonville Jaguars |
These receivers are still every week starts in fantasy football, but there are some question marks:
- McLaurin missed most of training camp when he was holding out for a new contract. Expect him to get off to a slow start.
- Rice will be suspended for the first six weeks of the season, but when he comes back, he will be fighting with Worthy for the Chiefs’ top target.
- Rookies McMillan and Hunter should both have big seasons.

Tier 4: Potential Flex WRs
Rank | Player | Team |
31 | Jaylen Waddle | Miami Dolphins |
32 | Emeka Egbuka | Tampa Bay Buccaneers |
33 | Ricky Pearsall | San Francisco 49ers |
34 | Zay Flowers | Baltimore Ravens |
35 | Jerry Jeudy | Cleveland Browns |
36 | Rome Odunze | Chicago Bears |
37 | Stefon Diggs | New England Patriots |
38 | Chris Olave | New Orleans Saints |
39 | Jauan Jennings | San Francisco 49ers |
40 | Jakobi Meyers | Las Vegas Raiders |
These players will slot in as FLEX players with the potential to become every-week starters for your fantasy team:
- Egbuka figures to get a lot of targets early with the injuries to Godwin and McMillan.
- Pearsall and Jennings are really the only two healthy wide receivers to start the year, and there are questions around whether Jennings will even play to begin the season.
Tier 5: WRs to Keep on Your Radar
Rank | Player | Team |
41 | Khalil Shakir | Buffalo Bills |
42 | Josh Downs | Indianapolis Colts |
43 | Chris Godwin | Tampa Bay Buccaneers |
44 | Jordan Addison | Minnesota Vikings |
45 | Matthew Golden | Green Bay Packers |
46 | Deebo Samuel | Washington Commanders |
47 | Darnell Mooney | Atlanta Falcons |
48 | Rashid Shaheed | New Orleans Saints |
49 | Marvin Mims Jr. | Denver Broncos |
50 | Michael Pittman Jr. | Indianapolis Colts |
Most of these players will probably stay on your bench unless you need a starter or in a deep league:
- Godwin will miss about the first four weeks of the season and will probably have a slow ramp-up when he returns.
- Addison is suspended for the first three weeks of the season and will compete with Adam Thielen to be the WR2 on the Vikings for a rookie quarterback.
- If Samuel gets a couple of carries a game for the Commanders like he did with the 49ers, he will jump up the wide receiver rankings.
