We finally know what numbers the Bears’ 2025 draft picks will wear on their jerseys.
The Bears announced the jersey numbers for each of their selections in the 2025 NFL Draft on Thursday, marking yet another victory in a historic day for Chicagoans.
Chicago announced the number reveals in a post on Twitter/X, indicating the social media team was, in fact, “giving the people what they want”.
The jersey numbers are as follows, though the Bears noted the selections were subject to change:
- TE Colston Loveland: No. 84
- WR Luther Burden III: No. 87
- OT Ozzy Trapilo: No. 75
- DT Shemar Turner: No. 95
- LB Ruben Hyppolite II: No. 47
- CB Zah Frazier: No. 20
- OG/C Luke Newman: No. 65
- RB Kyle Monangai: No. 25
Of the jersey numbers the Bears’ 2025 draft class ended up with, just two of the eight numbers were out of circulation last season. Burden becomes the first player to wear the jersey No. 87 since Jesper Horsted in 2021, while Hyppolite becomes the first to don No. 47 since Micah Baskerville in 2023.
The temporary jersey numbers for the Bears’ rookie minicamp signings were released on Thursday, as well. The entire group appears as follows:
