Yves Missi has been generating the most trade interest for the New Orleans Pelicans, according to Jake Fischer of The People’s Insider.
The Pacers have reportedly made calls for Missi, with the two teams discussing a framework for a deal involving Bennedict Mathurin going to the Pelicans.
The Pacers are still hoping to get a greater return for Mathurin than Missi as they look to add a starting-caliber center to pair alongside Tyrese Haliburton next year.
Fischer adds that the Bulls “covet” Missi. And with Nikola Vucevic in the final year of his contract, it is unlikely that he will be dealt at the deadline.
It was also reported that the Knicks have inquired about Missi.
Missi is averaging 5.5 points and 5.5 rebounds on the year.
The Pelicans are also gauging the market on Jose Alvarado and Jordan Poole.
