While the Indiana Pacers and Oklahoma City Thunder clash in Game 7 of the 2025 NBA Finals, there’s an acrid taste in the mouth’s of everyone watching and it has nothing to do with the players giving their all to win a championship. Well, not the ones that are still on the floor. With that being said, Pacers floor general Tyrese Haliburton hasn’t been on the court since the first quarter.
Based on what’s been seen and heard, he won’t be back for the rest of the game.

When his son was slapping the hardwood in tears, it was because he had sustained a significant Achilles injury, ESPN’s Lisa Salters relays. The rising star is not only the third Pacers player to rupture this Achilles this season, but the third NBA player to have this season’s playoff run cut short by it.

The two-time All-Star remains in the locker room, where he’s accompanied by his family.
