Josh Giddey and the Chicago Bulls are expected to agree on a new contract, sources told Jamal Collier of ESPN.
The two sides are reportedly in a “stalemate,” with Giddey looking for a deal in the range of $30 million a season.
It has been reported that it is unlikely Giddey re-signs for that amount.
With the market for restricted free agents drying up, the Bulls are looking for a more team-friendly deal.
Giddey recently had lunch with Billy Donovan in Las Vegas.
The Bulls have also been linked with Jonathan Kuminga.
