As the first day of SoxFest Live comes to an end, let’s dive into one of the highlights from the evening.
The White Sox announced their 2026 promotional schedule, which features bobbleheads, shirts, jerseys, and plenty more. Popular heritage nights also return with premium giveaways planned for each.
Beginning with the bobbleheads, the team will feature the likes of five current players:
- Miguel Vargas on Friday, April 24 vs. Washington (10,000 fans)
- Chase Meidroth on Monday, May 25 vs. Minnesota (10,000)
- Kyle Teel & Edgar Quero on Saturday, May 30 vs. Detroit (15,000 fans, ages 21+)
- Colson Montgomery on Saturday, June 13 vs. Los Angeles Dodgers (15,000 fans)
Here are close-ups of each:
Additionally, there will be a limited-edition Bobby Jenks/A.J. Pierzynski Bobblehead handed out on Sunday, April 5 vs. Toronto, to the first 10,000 in attendance. It will feature the iconic 2005 World Series Celebration, where Pierzynski jumped into the late Jenks’ arms.

Secondly, a Homies Big Head figure will be handed out on Friday, June 12, to the first 10,000 fans. A first-of-its-kind giveaway, the iconic collaboration pays homage to Chicano culture and celebrates neighborhood identity and community pride, as the White Sox wear their City Connect uniforms while hosting the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Other giveaway items include the following:
- Opening Day 2026 T-Shirt for the White Sox home opener on Thursday, April 2 vs. Toronto (20,000 fans)

On top of all this, perhaps one of the coolest events planned for next season is the first-ever Postgame Alumni Home Run Derby just days ahead of the All-Star Break. Following the game against the Athletics, the Postgame Derby is scheduled to feature White Sox All-Star alumni among other team greats, with more information on the participants to follow closer to the event.
These new additions to the 2026 schedules come on the heels of last week’s announcement, where the club released its theme days. New ones include Kids Opening Day (April 4), Hello Kitty Day (June 14), Backyard Sports Day (June 26), Boy Band Night (TBD), and Emo Night (May 14).
The White Sox also note that season-long homestand favorites return in 2026, with City Connect uniforms worn and Postgame Fireworks following Friday home games, and Family Sundays, offering specially priced tickets for Sundays at Rate Field. Also continuing this season, fans will again enjoy additional savings through the $5 Tuesday concessions menu, which offers select menu items like hot dogs and draft beer at a discounted rate. Some exclusions may apply, so be sure to check the schedule before heading to the ballpark!
