This week, we’re surveying you on how good a job you believe rookie manager Will Venable has done in his first 90 or so major league games. We’ve seen his tendencies — accommodating a weak offense by playing his infield in at the drop of a pin, for example — as well as his tone as a leader (namely, upbeat and supportive, although not yet truly challenged by a player or game situation).
While this is an early ask, it doesn’t hurt to sample the “vibes” at this point. We’ve had plenty of discussions of Venable on-site, but here’s a chance to turn those thoughts into an evaluation, for better or worse.
