The Chicago White Sox are seeking candidates to fill our January 2026 Sales Associate class. This 12-month programs will give you an opportunity to sell a full menu of our ticket options, including season, group, and premium tickets. Our comprehensive training program runs the full length of the program, helping you develop the necessary skills to become a successful sales professional.

Job Duties:
- Responsible for maximizing revenue through the sales of Chicago White Sox ticket packages including Season Tickets, Group Tickets and Premium Seating.

- Work to create new revenue opportunities with existing customers through ticket plans and referrals.
- Meet or exceed short-term as well as long-term sales goals.
- Field inbound phone calls from prospects or existing clients.
- Utilize Ticketmaster’s Archtics ticketing software and Microsoft CRM Dynamics to manage customer accounts.
- Conduct in-person appointments with the goal of driving new season ticket revenue.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

The White Sox organization is looking to add to our Group Sales team! In this role you will be responsible for sales, service and renewal of all group tickets, party areas, fundraisers, theme nights, grand slam groups, and new initiatives. Responsibilities:

The Chicago White Sox are seeking multiple seasonal Player Development Affiliate Interns. This entry-level opportunity will provide individuals with a wide range of experiences across professional baseball. These positions will report to the Minor League Video Coordinator, while supporting Minor League coaching staffs at affiliate locations throughout the season. There will also be opportunities to work on various baseball operations projects, depending on skill set.
Program Details:
- The internship is an hourly, non-exempt position.
- Furnished housing or a housing stipend will be provided.
- The position will take place at one of our 5 affiliate locations: Charlotte (AAA), Birmingham (AA), Winston-Salem (A+), Kannapolis (A), or Glendale (RK).
- All positions will start during Minor League Spring Training and end upon the conclusion of the Minor League season, with the potential of extending into Instructional League.
- Candidates must be fully available for the duration of the internship (February 10th – September 30).
- Hours for this position may vary week to week; candidates must be available and prepared to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
