Inside Sales Associate – Ticket Sales

The Chicago White Sox are seeking candidates to fill our January 2026 Sales Associate class. This 12-month programs will give you an opportunity to sell a full menu of our ticket options, including season, group, and premium tickets. Our comprehensive training program runs the full length of the program, helping you develop the necessary skills to become a successful sales professional.

This exciting opportunity will give you a chance to sell using multiple techniques, including via the phone, by scheduling in person appointments, at in-game sales tables, by attending networking events and through self-prospecting. Ongoing support is provided via our ticket sales leadership team. Job Duties:

  • Responsible for maximizing revenue through the sales of Chicago White Sox ticket packages including Season Tickets, Group Tickets and Premium Seating.
  • Conduct outbound calls daily from provided lists as well as self-prospecting.
  • Work to create new revenue opportunities with existing customers through ticket plans and referrals.
  • Meet or exceed short-term as well as long-term sales goals.
  • Field inbound phone calls from prospects or existing clients.
  • Utilize Ticketmaster’s Archtics ticketing software and Microsoft CRM Dynamics to manage customer accounts.
  • Conduct in-person appointments with the goal of driving new season ticket revenue.
  • Work games and other outside events to support ticket sales initiatives.
  • Provide excellent customer service through phone calls, emails, written communication and in-person visits.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Manager of Inside Sales.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field required.
  • Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office experience preferred.
  • Prior sales experience preferred.
  • Sports or entertainment experience preferred.
  • Must be highly motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Persuasive communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Must work well in a team environment and be eager to learn.
  • Must be coachable, with a desire to learn and develop your sales skillset.
  • Must be detail oriented, with the ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Strong time management skills a must.

Job Description:

The White Sox organization is looking to add to our Group Sales team!  In this role you will be responsible for sales, service and renewal of all group tickets, party areas, fundraisers, theme nights, grand slam groups, and new initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker who is passionate about developing strategies to attract a wide variety of clients, including corporate events, fundraisers, and private outings. You will also be responsible for selling season tickets and will have the opportunity to sell a full menu of ticket offerings for season plans and premium seating areas. Responsibilities:

  • Each group sales executive is responsible for selling their portion of the Group Budget and Goal.
  • Research and prospect new business leads in the areas of corporate, fundraising, and/or general opportunities.
  • Continue to push innovative ideas for unique group sales opportunities and up-sell features.
  • Attend local area business conventions and networking opportunities to promote White Sox group ticket sales and to distribute business cards and gather sales leads.
  • Arrange face-to-face meetings with new and existing group customers at Rate Field or in the customer’s place of business.
  • Work on continually improving presentations to group customers by providing recommendations and contributing to the creation of all sales collateral materials, and proposed changes to the group portion of the website.

  • Complete thorough recap of each Grand Slam Group at the end of the year.

Qualifications:

Responsibilities

Multicultural Community Outreach

  • Manage the planning, preparation and execution of the White Sox presence and activation at community events for Latino, African American, AAPI community programs, among other multicultural community programs.

The Chicago White Sox are seeking an FP&A Analyst to contribute financial expertise within the dynamic setting of Major League Baseball. The FP&A Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the team’s financial planning and analysis functions. Key Responsibilities:

Job Description:

The Chicago White Sox are seeking multiple seasonal Player Development Affiliate Interns. This entry-level opportunity will provide individuals with a wide range of experiences across professional baseball. These positions will report to the Minor League Video Coordinator, while supporting Minor League coaching staffs at affiliate locations throughout the season. There will also be opportunities to work on various baseball operations projects, depending on skill set.

Program Details:
  • The internship is an hourly, non-exempt position.
  • Furnished housing or a housing stipend will be provided.
  • The position will take place at one of our 5 affiliate locations: Charlotte (AAA), Birmingham (AA), Winston-Salem (A+), Kannapolis (A), or Glendale (RK).
  • All positions will start during Minor League Spring Training and end upon the conclusion of the Minor League season, with the potential of extending into Instructional League.
  • Candidates must be fully available for the duration of the internship (February 10th – September 30).
  • Hours for this position may vary week to week; candidates must be available and prepared to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Directly support players and coaching staff with all day-to-day video and information needs
  • Film and chart each game and any early work requests
  • Compile advanced scouting reports to be utilized prior to each series
  • Manage the setup, operation and data management of all baseball technology
  • Travel with the team on all road trips
  • Aid in the execution of players development plans
  • Complete independent projects as assigned by scouting/analytics/player development/front office staffs
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication, organization skills, and eagerness to learn
