Sox affiliates showcased their offenses Friday, going 4-2 while averaging over eight runs per game. The Knights scored 14, the Barons plated 11, and the Dash brought home eight in seven innings.
Sam Antonacci launched a home run and a double for the Dash, Brooks Baldwin tallied four hits in Charlotte, and Noah Schultz posted five shutout innings for the Barons.

Triple-A Charlotte Knights (29-32)
Colson Montgomery was absent from the Knights’ lineup after being hit by a pitch on Thursday. Despite this, the bats showed up big time, pasting 14 runs on the first-place Lehigh Valley IronPigs
The Knights, adorned in Scooby Doo-themed jerseys, grabbed a 5-2 lead in the fourth inning on home runs by Bryan Ramos and Jacob Amaya. Charlotte added another run in the fifth, then eight in the eighth to cruise to a 12-run victory.
Brooks Baldwin posted a four-hit night, while Amaya is now slashing .520/.625/.680 in his first nine games with the Knights.

Double-A Birmingham Barons (30-24)
The Barons exploded for 11 runs Friday to pick up their 30th win of the season. In typical Birmingham fashion, they did it with 11 hits, 11 walks, and no home runs.
Jason Matthews and Caden Connor had three hits apiece, with Connor also drawing a pair of walks.
On the mound, Noah Schultz fired five shutout innings, and Grant Taylor struck out two in the ninth.

High-A Winston Salem Dash (19-36)
The only thing that could cool down the Dash was the rain, which ended this game in the seventh inning.
Sam Antonacci put the Dash ahead in the fourth with his first home run since returning from injury. The team plated five more in the fifth, and Alec Makarewicz launched a homer of his own in the sixth to put Winston Salem up 8-1.

Low-A Kannapolis Cannon Ballers (29-26)
Down 2-1 in the bottom of the ninth, the Ballers — playing as the Malmö Oat Milkers — mounted a rally.
George Wolkow led off the frame with a single, then advanced to second on a wild pitch. After a Lyle Miller-Green walk and Ryan Burrowes strikeout, Nathan Archer singled in Wolkow to tie the game.
In extras, Kannapolis surrendered a three-run homer in the top of the tenth. The Ballers only scored one in their half of the inning, and fell 5-3.

ACL White Sox (12-12)
The ACL Sox rallied from a 6-2 deficit with a four-run seventh only to surrender a three-run homer in the top of the eighth.
In the bottom of the ninth, the Sox plated two more, but were unable to find the equalizer.
Alexander Albertus, acquired in the Fedde/Kopech/Pham trade, made his organizational debut and recorded a single.
