Sox affiliates posted a 4-1 record for the second-straight day on Thursday.
Colson Montgomery launched two home runs for the Knights, Justin Sinibaldi fired eight innings of one-run ball for Kannapolis, and Adrian Gil reached base four times in Arizona.

Colson Montgomery‘s two home runs powered Charlotte over the Toledo Mud Hens 12-9. Montgomery was one of five Knights with multiple hits in the slugfest.

Jake Palisch surrendered nine runs (four earned) in his return to AA. Jordan Mikel and Jarold Rosado combined for five shutout innings after Palisch’s departure, but the bats were unable to overcome the early deficit.

High-A Winston Salem Dash (27-43)
The Dash were rained out Thursday. The team will play a doubleheader against the Greensboro Grasshoppers Friday.
Single-A Kannapolis Cannon Ballers (34-38)
After ending their eleven game skid Wednesday, the Ballers picked up their second-straight win Thursday in an extra-inning thriller. Justin Sinibaldi cruised through eight innings, allowing just a single run. The Ballers’ bats, however, only managed one run of their own through nine.
Kannapolis and the Fredericksburg Nationals each scored a pair of runs in the tenth before the Ballers broke through with a four-run eleventh.
Joseph Yabbour earned the win with two shutout innings (the tenth and eleventh).

ACL White Sox (23-17)
Fabian Ysalla impressed again with five innings of two-run ball. Ysalla now owns 1.75 ERA across his first 36 innings playing stateside.
The offense provided plenty of run support, with Adrian Gil reaching base four times, and D’Angelo Tejada recording three hits.

The DSL Sox spun their first shutout of the season behind 17-year-old Yobal Rodriguez‘s strong start. The young right-hander has opened his career with 14.2 scoreless innings.
Rodriguez also has a miniscule 0.41 WHIP, conceding just four hits and two walks. After Rodriguez departed, 16-year-old Diego Perez struck out five of the six batters he faced.
