White Sox Farm Report: July 26-27, 2025

July 28, 2025 by Sox On 35th

The post White Sox Farm Report: July 26-27, 2025 appeared first on Sox On 35th.

It was an exciting weekend down on the farm, and not just because the Barons, Cannon Ballers, and Dash walked away with wins. Jacob Gonzalez and Braden Montgomery each earned promotions, and Caleb Bonemer entered MLB.com’s top-100 prospects list.

Bonemer justified his ranking with a two-run homer for the Ballers, Jake Palisch and Riley Gowens each turned in scoreless starts for the red-hot Barons, and Will Robertson knocked five extra-base hits with the Knights.

All this and more in this weekend’s minor league recap!

Triple-A Charlotte Knights (49-52)

The Knights dropped a pair of one-run games this weekend. On Saturday, Jacob Gonzalez made his AAA debut as the Knights fell to the Nashville Sounds 5-4. Gonzalez reached base for the first time Sunday with an eighth-inning walk. Former White Sox Bobby Dalbec lifted to Sounds to victory in that game with a walk-off home run in the tenth. Will Robertson had himself a weekend, going 5-for-8 with four doubles and a triple.
