White Sox fans will soon be able to watch games on a popular provider.
Laurence Holmes of 670 The Score reported on Wednesday night that Comcast and the Chicago Sports Network have finally reached an agreement. The news was shared on Holmes’ X account, with others confirming the development shortly after.
The public negotiations between CHSN and Comcast have been ongoing for months, with many upset that the two parties couldn’t come together before the Major League season. Chicago Sun Times’ Jeff Agrest followed Holmes’ report, saying CHSN should now be available as early as Friday on Xfinity’s Ultimate tier.
For those who don’t already have it, Xfinity’s Ultimate tier will cost an additional $20 per month. However, existing customers have been receiving a monthly credit of $8.85 to offset the loss of NBC Sports Chicago, the team’s former home.
CHSN launched in October 2024 and is in its first full season broadcasting the White Sox.
