The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:
- A 40-year-old woman from Aurora was arrested on a warrant at 12:40 a.m. Aug. 29 at Beebe Drive and South Route 59.
- A 66-year-old woman from Joliet was arrested on a charge of battery at 4:23 p.m. Aug. 29 in the 700 block of South Washington Street.
- A 47-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of driving with one headlight, disobeying a stop sign and driving under the influence of alcohol at 1:11 a.m. Aug. 30 at North Route 59 and Amersale Drive.
- A 29-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on charges of improper lane usage, driving under the influence of alcohol and transportation or possession of open alcohol by a driver at 2:15 a.m. Aug. 30 at East 75th Street and South Naper Boulevard.
- A 51-year-old man from Lockport was arrested on charges of improper turn at intersection, driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without insurance at 3:04 a.m. Aug. 30 at Aurora Avenue and Fort Hil Drive.
- An 18-year-old man from Plainfield was arrested on charges of obstructing identification at obstructions/erected permanent structures in the city right-of-way at 11:01 p.m. Aug. 30 in the 0 to 100 block of East Chicago Avenue.
- A 37-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a warrant and on charges of a pedestrian suddenly leaving place of safety and public indecency/lewd exposure at 1:19 a.m. Aug. 31 in the 0 to 100 block of West Chicago Avenue.
- A 24-year-old man from Chicago Heights was arrested on charges of improper lane usage, stopping, standing or parking on a roadway, improper lighting, failure to signal when required, driving under the influence or alcohol, driving on a suspended license, driving without insurance and transportation or possession of open alcohol by a driver at 3:24 a.m. Aug. 31 at North Aurora Road and Raymond Drive.
