*On April 25th against the Athletics in Sacramento, Cannon became the first Sox pitcher to throw at least 7.2 innings of relief and get a win since Jerry Koosman went 7.2 innings in beating Seattle on July 3, 1982 … Cannon was the first Sox righty to throw at least 7.2 innings of relief and get a win since Lamarr Hoyt went nine innings in beating the A’s in Oakland on Sept. 27, 1981
*Cannon and Shane Smith’s two relief appearances of at least six innings were the most by a Sox pitcher since Melido Perez’s three in 1991
