It’s not for three months, but note it for future reference.
MLB and ESPN announced Monday that the game between the Atlanta Braves and Philadelphia Phillies in Philadelphia Sunday, Aug. 31 will be the featured Sunday Night Baseball game that day, beginning at 6:10 p.m. CT.
What does this have to do with the Cubs?
The Braves are due at Wrigley Field to open a three-game series against the Cubs the following day, Monday, Sept. 1, which is Labor Day.
Since the Braves will be playing a night game before arriving at Wrigley Field for the Labor Day game against the Cubs, the Cubs have agreed to move the starting time of that Sept. 1 contest from 1:20 p.m. CT to 3:05 p.m. CT.
This has not yet been officially announced by the team, but it was noted here (Bluesky link):
Cubs-Braves on September 1 has been moved to a 3:05 first pitch.

The other two games of that series, Sept. 2 and 3, will be night games at Wrigley Field beginning at 6:40 p.m. CT, as per original schedules.
If you have tickets to the Labor Day game, they will eventually be updated to have the 3:05 starting time, so mark your calendars for the change.
