Chicago Bears wide receiver DJ Moore is officially listed as questionable on the injury report with a knee injury. According to the team’s official release, the eighth-year wide receiver was a limited participant on Thursday as the team prepares for its divisional round showdown against the Los Angeles Rams. While we do not know with 100% certainty whether or not he will suit up, it appears as though he’s tracking to play.
DJ Moore Injury Update: Bears WR Questionable (Knee) But Should Play
For what it’s worth, this is exactly what happened last week with DJ Moore and his knee injury. The Bears wideout was battling the same ailment in the leadup to the Wild Card match against the Green Bay Packers, and he still played and had a great game. Serving as one of the biggest catalysts for the team’s 31-27 come-from-behind victory, Moore finished the night with six receptions for 64 yards and a touchdown on seven targets. Despite being one of the league’s more productive receivers since entering the league, this was the first playoff win of his career.
The 2025 regular season was a relatively unproductive one for DJ Moore. Splitting snaps in a loaded offense with plenty of mouths to feed, the Maryland product finished the season with 50 receptions for 682 yards and six touchdowns. He finished second on the team in receptions and receiving yards, behind only rookie tight end Colston Loveland.
Moore’s availability will be a big deal, especially since 2024 first-round pick Rome Odunze is battling an injury of his own. The former top-10 selection is battling a stress fracture in his foot, and while he plans on playing through the injury, he probably won’t be 100%. If Moore cannot go or is limited, look for second-round rookie Luther Burden to see an uptick in usage.
