The NFL released the complete list of 2026 Pro Bowl participants on Tuesday, and two Tennessee Titans earned the nod with their play. Tennessee is in the middle of an entertaining chase for the first selection, but there are several building blocks for GM Mike Borgonzi. The initial list won’t necessarily be the final roster, as players drop out for various reasons, including the mundane.
Two Tennessee Titans Named To The Pro Bowl Roster
The NFL elected to move the Pro Bowl to the same location as the Super Bowl and the same week. Traditionally, the event was held at a different location, but declining interest led to tinkering with the schedule. It’s impressive that two Tennessee Titans earned Pro Bowl honors on a team with only three wins. While All-Pro is the more prestigious honor, being able to call oneself a Pro Bowler still carries weight. Which two Titans earned the meritorious badge of honor and a free trip to Northern California?
DL Jeffery Simmons
The superstar defensive lineman earned his fourth Pro Bowl nod, leading a surprisingly effective Titans’ defense that registered 38 sacks to date. Simmons leads the team with nine sacks and is second in QB hits with 19. He also posted 58 combined tackles, three passes defended, and two forced fumbles thus far in 2025. The seven-year veteran is well on his way to becoming the best interior defensive lineman in franchise history. His 2025 Pro Bowl nomination represents his fourth in five seasons. Simmons is one of the league’s most feared defenders and has a chance to claim the title of the NFL’s best IDL. There are many challengers to Aaron Donald’s vacant throne, and he’s one of them. Can the Titans’ homegrown star ascend to the tippy top with another successful season in 2026?
Simmons is the leading sack artist among interior defenders in 2025 with nine so far, and is currently 14th overall. The indomitable Myles Garrett is setting the record books on fire with an absurd 22 sacks with two games left to smash the record. PFF grades Simmons as the third-highest interior defender with an overall score of 87.0, with a pass rush score of 90.9.
WR Chimere Dike
The fourth-round rookie receiver has been a revelation this season in the return game, leading the league in all-purpose yards with 2,269. Dike leads the league in kick return yards with 1,535 and has 382 punt return yards with two touchdowns. The all-purpose yardage leaderboard is dotted with all-star names like Bijan Robinson, Christian McCaffery, De’Von Achane, and Jonathan Taylor. Dike leads all of them with his numbers, which is remarkable for a little-known rookie who wasn’t expected to contribute as a receiver. He joins the pantheon of outstanding Titans Pro Bowl rookies like Chris Johnson, Vince Young, Earl Campbell, and Jevon Kearse. Dike holds the rookie record for kick return yards after passing Marc Mariani (himself a rookie Pro Bowler with Tennessee).
How rare would Dike’s feat be if he ends up leading the league in all-purpose yards? He would be the first special teams primary player to lead the league since 2010, when Danny Amendola accomplished the feat. Dike would be the first Titan to do it since Derrick Henry led the league in rushing in 2020. Only one other Tennessee Titan achieved the feat in the 21st century: Derrick Mason in 2000. Four of the past 24 winners have been primary returners: Dante Hall, Joshua Cribbs, Leon Washington, and Amendola. If we’re going strictly by position, Dike would be the first since Antonio Brown in 2015.
