Several weeks ago, I ran a Sporcle looking at shortstops with the most appearances in a White Sox uniform. As some folks pointed out in the comments (and a niggling sense I had while putting it together), some of the inputs based on career games or other data meant that some seemingly-obvious choices didn’t make the cut.
Because it’s the offseason, and I’m not necessarily trying to tie the post to some event which happened over the prior week, this week’s quiz will hopefully include some of those names left off last time. Today, we’ll be looking at shortstops by individual season, rather than career. The cut-off parameters are down below, but in all there are 104 player-seasons: how many can you name? Good luck!
