The Chicago Bulls have dealt with a lot of injuries this season, including Patrick Williams doing down after just five games. Now, Williams is closing in on a return in the next couple of weeks.
Bulls coach Billy Donovan said that while no date has been set for Williams’ return, he thinks it will happen before the end of March. That would give Williams a week or two to get into rhythm before the playoffs.
Williams hasn’t played in a game since suffering a broken left wrist on October 28. At the time, it was thought Williams might be out for the season. Before getting injured, Williams had slotted in as a starting forward for the Bulls.
Donovan also added that no return-date has been set for Lonzo Ball. Ball is still progressing in his rehab from a bone bruise and meniscus tear in his left knee.
